Are London teams the most unluckiest when it comes to reaching European Cup finals?

Chelsea and John Terrys penalty, Belletti against Arsenal and Ronaldinho was poor in that game and a disallowed Campbell goal, Tottenham done well in reaching quarter final, but couldn't succeed. Does this mean FC Porto are better than any of the London clubs combined?
