I have a car that sat for a while..it has a musty smell what works good to remove that?

I'd pull up the carpeting enough to look under it to see if you have a water leak that's growing mold under the carpets. Remove the door sill trim and roll the carpet back. You can't cover up a major water leak problem if that's the case. You need to fix the leak.
