Would it be rude to ask my former professor for my graded assignments back during his office hours?

He said he would mailed them to me. But, I never got them. It's has been over a month already since school has ended. I'm pretty sure he forgot because he tends to forget things through out the quarter. And I want my graded assignments back for future references. I know he is working in the summer. So, would be rude if I go into his office hours and ask for them??
