Bump on right shoulder?

I have a quarter sized bump on my right shoulder. It feels like bone and does not move. I have gone to my family doctor, a sports doctor and a physical therapist and nobody can seem to give me any real answers. It is not painful unless I work out so I have not done so for about 6 months now.It also hurts sometimes when I sleep. I got an x-ray done and nothing seemed to show up... i just want to see what someone else things. I also have an appointment at an orthopedist soon
