Someone took my Ipod touch and I cant get it back?

Well I left my ipod touch on the desk and I saw some cool kid take it away. I went to him and asked for it back but he told me to get my lame @$% out of his face. When I asked again he said #$%# ***** u musty so i just went to the bathrom and cried. Im pasif so i dont want to fight him so what do I do?
