How to tell her the truth about herself? I need help ladies...?

I have been friends with my girlfriend for 1yr and 8mons...we work together on a daily basis...she is so shy and really dont know how to be herself around others..well last night we went out to a little get together with some of our co-worker and their families..and there was drinking going on and she was drinking hard....I have never seen that part of her before....she was loud and she was musty as hell... oh yeah she was sweating like a soldier in the fields...and she acted like she didnt notice the wetness under her arms nor the scent..later that evening she had some blood mixed with some green stuff between her legs...I called her to the side and told what i had saw but I guess she didnt believe me cause she went around bending over and laughing...then there were a brown stain in middle of her pants...I said go the the bathroom girl and check yoursef..I think your period has come on and she said no it just went off....most of the women there tried to tell her that **** had stuff on her pants..but she was hi and didnt believe us...so today at work she is wondering why people on the job looks at her undereye...I told her but now I dont want her around me..why cause she is nasty...that chick cant see that i am trying to diss her..she has no respect..how do i tell her about what she had done and that i dont want to be around her either...
