Does Daymar Institute's Medical Assisting program include a Phlebotomy license?

Im currently a student at Daymar Institute and I noticed that for my last quarter before I graduate I will be taking a Phlebotomy class. Does this mean that I will be able to get licensed and work as a phlebotomist when I graduate? Or will I need extra schooling first?
