How do I get the smell out of this blanket?

I washed it normally last weekend & noticed after it was kinda musty. So I washed it again with 2 cups of vinegar, and put 4 bounce sheets in the dryer, still musty. It's not a gross smell, it's just not fresh. Any idea how I can freshen it up? It's fleece, btw. One of those throws.
