Transfer data from win xp to iphone 4 without itunes?

I have downloaded the latest itunes software, but for some reason my computer closes the installation wizard when it is half way and i have already wasted a quarter of my data allowance because of this computer. Would there happen to be any chance of a third party application that would help me transfer data to and from iphone 4. Thank you
