UTI? CHLAMYDIA? GONORRHEA? OTHER STD? HELP?!?

Symptoms include burning while and while not urinating, itching, pain (like someone stabbed me in the urterus) that happened when I peed, I found blood in my urine after that horrific pain, pee is misty/musty/foggy whatever the heck u want to call it, haven't smelt my pee though and no back pain, lower abdominal pain (in the area u usually get cramps), and Im scared to say I have a discharge that looks like a color of dried blood (as if I'm on my period but I'm not).
