Whaddya think of my firered team so far?

Its pretty good, but honestly many pokemon are just outclassed. Dewgong can easily be replaced with the better lapras, vaporeon, or even tentacruel. Fearow is also not that great, seeing as Charazard on your own team outclasses it. Try rhydon or snorlax as replacements, snorlax will help with your psychic and ghost problem too, as its special defense is great and has access to (physical) shadow ball.
