IF THE REFS AND LOTTERY/DRAFT ARE RIGGED,IS IT POSSIBLE PLAYERS ARE ALSO?

I really doubt that the players rig the NBA. I know there have been cases of referees rigging the game for betting, but I think the majority of refs don't rig the game. If the 2011 NBA Finals was rigged, why did Miami attempt more free throws?
